Regional Touring Program logo
Mid-America Arts Alliance (M-AAA) invites eligible in-region organizations to apply to the Regional Touring Program (RTP) supporting projects showcasing the work of touring artists from another state in the M-AAA six-state region (Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas)

Organizations may submit RTP applications at any time from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
See the Grant Guidelines and Application At-A-Glance documents to learn more about this grant program and on how to apply.

This online application form (FormAssembly) supports the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. M-AAA strongly recommended using the most recent versions of the major web browsers when working on this platform. To submit a strong application and to ensure relevant materials are properly saved, applicants will need to:
  • provide an email address and a password to both save and certify their application. Double-check the spelling of the email address of the person saving or applying.
  • refer to the most recent email in the applicant’s inbox for instructions on how to resume a previously saved application or bookmark the “Thank you for saving/resume your application” webpage.
    • If an applicant did not receive a confirmation email at the time of saving the application, then it was NOT properly saved. Applications or changes to applications that are unsuccessfully saved, regrettably are lost and applicants may need to start a new application form.
  • resume the previously saved application by referring to the most recent email in your inbox and click at the top (or bottom) of the application form webpage to return to the previously saved application.
  • not exceed character or word limits and add spaces between paragraphs in narrative fields for clarity and ease of review by M-AAA and panelists.
    • We STRONGLY DISCOURAGE the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate answers to the narrative application questions. It is, however, acceptable to use AI to proofread and edit your responses to character limits.
  • ensure all required documents and any optional materials are ready to upload to the application. Be sure to review all uploaded materials for completeness before submission. All supporting materials must:
    • be in Microsoft Word, PDF, or Google Docs format. The online platform does not support file types saved as Mac Pages or Numbers; and
    • be a maximum file upload of 35 megabytes (MB) per application. We strongly recommend compressing files (e.g., PDFs) to reduce the size and to save space before uploading files to the platform.
  • check the applicant’s inbox or spam folder for a confirmation email after submitting the online application form. The email will include the submitted responses and a list of uploaded files. If an applicant did not receive a confirmation email at the time of applying, please email us.
