Artist Services Grant Panelist Interest Form 


By filling out this form you are expressing interest in serving as a panelist for Artist Services programs at Mid-America Arts Alliance.


Panelist Requirements and Compensation: Mid-America Arts Alliance relies upon artists and arts leaders to serve as panelists for each of our programs. Panelists must be able to commit to an independent review of applications. Panelists must have reliable internet access and a computer capable of browsing and attending online meetings. The time commitment is approximately 3-5 hours during the review period and compensation is between $150-$450, contingent upon the number of applications.


AI Policy: M-AAA prohibits grant application reviewers from using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including natural language processors, large language models, or other generative AI technologies. Uploading application materials to any Generative AI platform is strictly forbidden. Maintaining confidentiality and security in M-AAA’s peer review of grant and program applications is essential for safeguarding the exchange of accurate, candid evaluations as well as to ensure the privacy of our applicants.

In order to best serve the arts ecosystem across the Mid-America Arts Alliance six-state region, we are seeking a balanced panel of potential grant reviewers. Any information you provide will be used to ensure that the panel of reviewers is an equitable representation of artistic disciplines, organizational expertise, as well as a representation of the populations of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas.
