About You and Your Organization: This section collects required information for our organization and information that will inform programming.

Public Promotion and Storytelling: This section gathers details about your organization to help us share and celebrate your work. M-AAA is excited to feature program participants on our website, through media outreach, and in future storytelling efforts. The materials you provide will support press announcements and public engagement.

Public Promotion and Storytelling
M-AAA is eager to feature your organization on the M-AAA website and other media. The materials you submit in this form will help us share additional announcements to the press and public as well as seed future storytelling. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact engage@maaa.org.

Photo Submissions
Please upload up to two photos representing your organization. Please note the following for submitting photos:

  • Photos should be high resolution, preferably 1 MB or larger.
  • We can only accept JPEG or PNG files. We can not accept PDF or HEIC files.
  • File names for your photos should include your organization name and a number. (Example: Pleasantville1.jpg)
  • Clear, high-quality, well-lit photos work best for our needs. Light is an essential aspect of a high-quality image.
  • The best photos focus on at least one subject and make the subject clear and well-lit in the picture.


Photo Captions (required if submitting photos)
Captions and photographer credits are required for each photo you upload. Captions should include:

  • File name of the uploaded photo (so we know what photo it applies to
  • Brief description of the activities in the photo
  • Organization name
  • Photographer credit at the end of the caption

Organization Participation Deposit Acknowledgment
Upon acceptance, there is a $500 refundable deposit due at the start of the program, which will be returned upon successful completion of the program.
